Cold

"Winter is here and it is cold. The weather today was insane. This morning it was a mild -5C and right now it is -30C. That is insanely cold, and I was so cold on the street. My face felt like it was going to freeze off. It’s no wonder they call it the tundra - it is soo cold. That made for a fun day of running around and working. We got out and contacted a bit this morning, and that went decently. We then headed off to the other elders house for собрание округа. That went well as always, and things are decent that way. We warned the guys to not be in the cold too much as it is super dangerous. After that, we went to the Поваров's house and had a short meeting with them about missionary work. That went good, and they are ready to help us out. We stopped home quick before we headed out to Шавкат's place on the island. They are doing fairly well, and seem to be happy. They don't have a whole lot, but at least it is warm there. The wind is the worst part, and so if there is no wind, then everything is alright."
