"We got figged by a grandma, had chocolate pizza, and froze our butts off. What a day! So we had собрание округа this morning, and then we ate pizza afterwards. It was way good. We then talked for a bit before going to see Баба Рая and she showed a фиг. It was way funny. She is awesome, and I love her to death. Well, we walked around to addresses and no one was interested. We then finished off at Старцевы and had FHE. It was a fairly good one, although we didn't find anyone new yet. Whatever though, we just need to keep on working."

Drunk
13 February 2005
"It snowed all day! It was a sweet day. Лидия came to the meeting today (Мама Дениса) and the meeting went well. We came home and ate and then went to Денис's house. We gave him a blessing and then ran to Надежда's house. After all that we went to see Георгий but he had a bunch of friends over and they were all drunk. We got out of there and then went to talk with the lady downstairs for a bit and then stopped by to a few people. All in all, it was a good day. We all enjoyed ourselves and worked hard. Another day in the snow tomorrow!"

Blessings

"We had a pretty cool day today. We had the собрание миссионеров this morning, and that went well. After that, we came home and ate quickly. We then ran to Галина's and blessed her apartment and then Вера Сомко. After all that, we went to Старцевы's and blessed their apartment also. Well, we took off to молодежный вечер. That went pretty well, and we had fun playing uno and yahtzee, and it was sweet. Tomorrow should be a good one again."

Work, work, work

"Another quick one over with today. We planned this morning and that went fairly well. After that, we ate and relaxed a bit. After all that, we left and went to find out where people are, and what they're doing. Well, we found a bunch of people that listened to lessons earlier but now they aren't. Well, no one was too interested, but we did talk with several nice people here in our area though. We then went to У Андре before we went to english. English was alright. Now we are home and getting ready for our tomorrow. Today was missionary work as usual. Work, work, work and that's what its all about!"

Fun

"A good day today, and we got in a little sports tonight too. So we started by doing Elzinga's AID's test and getting that all worked out. We then came home and ate and then we stopped by to an old investigator that they taught earlier and had a short meeting with him. He is way crazy – he is just really hooked on work and talked a lot. We then went to Айдаровы's and blessed their apartment. We ended the night with sport and had an awesome time there. Soon it will be into bed I go, and a new to start!"

Mad

" Well, its time to get a new journal going. I don' know how long it will take me to finish this, but we'll see. I am sure I'll finish before I have to go home. So today was crazy, and I was way mad earlier. So we wrote home this morning and then Elder Елзинга wanted to send a package home. Well. After 2.5 hours there, I was fairly upset. We went straight to help Володя and that took another 2.5 hours. Well, I was even madder after that because it was already 5 and I hadn't eaten and I was tired. Well, Елзинга made some пелмены and I caught a few zzz's and then our appointment fell through so we went and played Jenga at an FHE. Now I feel better. A long day, and right back to work tomorrow."

Understanding

"Well, it was a fairly good one today, and we worked well. We went to see Андре this morning and had a discussion with him on his step because he said he didn't have any time. Well, after that we stopped by to Георгий and talked with him and Клавдия for a few minutes. She still hasn't started to read, but soon she will she says. We then went to Анна's house and had a lesson with her and had a good time there. We then came home and ate before going to a few peoples house and helping them. We heard a lot of excuses today about people not having time for things and different things like that. Tonight we went to Света's house and had a short one with her, and then we went to deaf family home evening. It's awesome how we all understand each other, and yet we speak in different languages. I love the deaf people tons, and they are truly talented people!"
