"It was a fun day in Сольнечный район. We had собрание округа with everyone this morning and that was cool. We had pizza and had a good meeting. Well, we then left - Elder Coleman and I - and met with an older lady. She was really nice and had some crazy name - I found that out when I gave her a blessing. Well, after that, we went home and relaxed - our dinner time - and then went to see Оля и Даша. They are way cool YW in the ward here. We joked with them for a while, and then we went to the Горина's house. We had FHE with them and I did the spiritual thought with them. Таня then asked for a blessing and so I gave another blessing. All in all it was a fairly good day. I enjoyed working with Coleman and here in this area. Its just a nice break. Back to the hard work tomorrow though!"

Great Times
13 March 2005
"It was an interesting day. We were with Smith today because Сергей went home. So we had the meeting and Олег and his grandma came. We were there for awhile after and then we went home and ate. We then went to Вера's house - deaf lady - and took a video to her. We then were suppose to meet with a guy on 3rd but the tram was not working - the only way to get there - so we walked and were late and he wasn't there. Well, we ended the night and visited Ксюша and Лена. It was cool there with them. We came home and Сергей came over and did the map of all the church members. We partied and ate and now we're getting ready for bed. These are the best times on the mission - well some of them!"

Real Work

"It was wone of those fairy tale type days. The ones where you feel like the mission is just a dream. So this morning we had собрание миссионеров and that went well. We are starting a new program to get referrals. We practiced and had a meeting with Галина and Лена came with us. We then went to Зоя's house and met with her. She forced us to eat potatoes with oil. MMM...Well, we then went to Света's and had a 1st with Олег и Галина. It was a good meeting and they accepted all the commitments. We then went to Валерий's and talked about the plan of salvation. It was an interesting time. So that was the day. We ran everywhere and did tons and it was a good day. I love to work."

Members

"I relaized the worth of a member today. We worked with Людмила Ганзина and went to deaf people's homes and she helped a ton. It was awesome - she answered all my questions about members and why they are inactive and such things. Its awesome to work with them. We also planned a lot today, and went to Баба Рая's house. I love her and she loves to kid around with us. We had english lesson tonight and that went very well. So the anke didn't hurt too much, but it is starting to turn colors. It was a good day all in all."

Sprain

"Good news and bad news came today. The bad news is I sprained my ankle good today playing soccer. It really hurts, but I think it will be alright. The good news is that everything is all right with Олег. He came and things seem to be cool. Today we also shoveled a lot of snow and worked hard. There was about a foot and we cleared tons. I was dea. I guess that' what you get without snoplows. Well, we then ate and went to Нина's and had an awesome lesson with her. She is great. I love her to death. So that was the day. The ankle is dieing right now."

P-Day

"It was a relaxing day today. We wrote home this morning and then went to star music and looked around forever. It was awesome. I love those music places, and I could spend all kinds of money there. Luckily, I only took 3 cds. Well, we ate at McDonalds and then we got stuff at the rionik and came home. We had FHE at the Семёнов's house but only we were there. It was fun and went well. We talked about doing missionary work. We just got home and I am ready for bed. It snowed all day and so everything is very white and pretty. It is awesome. Back to work again tomorrow..."

Fun Times

"It was a fun day. We went to our мереприятие today there in the church and that was a lot of fun. We played ping-pong a lot and had a sweet time. Олег came and we took him home, and at his house his Dad saw us and got way mad. We hope everything will be alright and that we can still teach him. We then ate dinner and went to a few people's houses. We met up with Оксана - crazy drunk member - and taught a short lesson to her. It was funny and weird. We then went looking for Клавдия but ended up meeting with Гиоргий. He doesn't really want to meet so we probably won't. So that was our night. Elzinga and I are telling stories and having a good time. It's awesome!!"
