" We had a couple good D's today, so it finally felt like missionary work. We rarely meet with people and do a real D, so it was nice. We also had a собрание округа. Our first meeting today was with Надежда. We met with her a while back, and finally got back with her. She hadn't read so we read with her. It was awkward because during the discussion she was breast feeding her baby. All in all it was a good one.
Our other D was with Ольга. We worked on resolving her concerns about субботный день, and Joseph Smith. It was very nice to help, and to answer her questions, and to feel the spirit. What an awesome time it was to help her. The spirit was strong. Hopefully she will be baptized soon. Just need to keep working and praying."
--Ben didn't even flinch during the discussion. I don't know how he did it.

BAPTISM!

"What an awesome day! We were in Норья today again, and we got to see a baptism. Старейшина Суток baptized a man there named Саша. It was absolutely awesome. The spirit was strong, and he was absolutely ready! I am going to love seeing more people come to Christ through baptism.
In the normal meeting in Ижевск, I had to talk and I did so for about 20 mins on the Книга Мормона. It went well, and I enjoyed it! The meeting in Норья was awesome too. I was reminded of what great faith the saints here have! They continue on with so little. What a strength these people are to the Church!"

Basketball

"I have a terrible back! We played b-ball today, and it was tons of fun – we played for like 2 hours. It was fun, but I am absolutely dead tired now. All is well, it was work it. After that, we ate, and I worked on my talk which I have to give tomorrow. I will talk about the Book of Mormon. Hopefully it will go well.
Besides that, we only had 1 appointment today. It went fairly well. The work is still going, and I am enjoying it greatly. This is the work of the Lord!"

"Well, an all right day is over with. We didn't meet with a single person today. We stopped by to like 10 people, and no one was home. We also prepared our English lesson which went pretty well. We just talked about life in America. We did eat some Mexican food that we prepared today. It was very tasty.
Other then that it was a quiet day. I have to talk on Sunday, so I will be working on that. I am going to talk about the BofM. I know that it is true, and we must read it to gain peace and help! I love it!"

"What a wonderful day it was today!I am absolutely dead tired, but all is well. Our first meeting was with Алексей. We gave him a short духовная мысль, which he got mad at us for because he doesn't think he needs to read the BofM. Anyhow, after that we decide to go on a walk with him, and things cooled down.
We followed up with a meeting with Миша and then Галия - we watched some of the Olympics with her. Other then that, not much happened. I just understood tons today. The Lord has absolutely blessed me. I just need to keep working and learning lots of new things! This work is awesome!"

Working

"Again I am absolutely dead. I don't know why as I had time to relax today. In fact a lot. We were able to write home today, so that was nice. I didn't get a letter from Meagan this week... The other Elder Tenney is doing well in Italy, and it sounds like he is having fun. The family is all getting ready for school and my Mom is just working.
We also ate, did laundry, and bought some things to eat. Tonight we were suppose to meet with someone but they backed out at the last minute. That meant we just talked with people. Then we had a meeting with Слава. We talked about the Priesthood and the responsibility of those who have it. It was a good meeting, and he will hopefully bless the sacrament this week! Other then that, not much happened, we're just working!"

Walking

"Well, the feet hurt, haven't eaten since one, and I think I walked a good 5 miles! I'm a missionary!! It was an awesome day for missionary work. We had 1 встреча today, and it went well. We had others that of course fell through. We mainly stopped by and talked with people. We did talk with a lot of people on the street too. We had like 5 contacts.
Tonight, we met with Лена и Тимур (mother and son). They have been investigators a long time. Anyhow, we talked for a bit and shared a short spiritual message. I talked for a bit and shared a short spiritual message I talked about family. I once again realized that I love my family so much. They are everything to me. I know that I will be with them again someday. This gospel brings so much happiness - I love it!"
